Every order placed on the online store www.cattitud.com implies, as an essential, determining, and indispensable condition, the Customer’s unconditional acceptance of the current General Sales Conditions of the online store www.cattitud.com on the day the corresponding order is placed.
This website is dedicated to the sale of accessories for pets (cat trees and scratching posts for cats)
– Sales are made through the Internet as a distance contract established between the seller and the customer.
– Each user placing an online order on the website www.cattitud.com is obligated to read the rules. Ignorance of the rules does not exempt the customer from complying with their provisions.
Furthermore, it is informed that these Conditions may be modified. The User is responsible for consulting them each time they access, browse, and/or use the Website, as the applicable Conditions will be those in force at the time of requesting the acquisition of products and/or services.
– Cattitud reserves the right to terminate the contract if the data provided by the Customer during registration is incomplete, misleading, or inaccurate.
– The interpretation and execution of the conditions, as well as all acts resulting from them, will be subject to Spanish law, except where there are provisions of public order to the contrary.
– For any questions that the User may have regarding the Conditions, they can contact the owner using the contact details provided above or, where appropriate, using the contact form.
– Cattitud.com is NOT responsible for the misuse of our images and products on other fraudulent websites. Please be aware that we do not authorize the use of our images or our name “Cattitud” for sales on other websites, especially at minimum prices. The cat scratchers sold in our website are of quality and made to order (there is never immediate availability). Do not fall into the trap of such fraudulent websites. We are not responsible for purchases made outside of this website.

Prices

The prices published on the online store www.cattitud.com are in Euros. All prices include the applicable VAT on the day of the order. Any change in the VAT rate will be automatically applied to the prices of the products for sale on the online store www.cattitud.com.
Any possible offers on products for sale on the online store www.cattitud.com will be indicated on each product’s page when applicable.
Discount vouchers will have a validity period and special conditions for their use. Please check the specifications of each voucher before using it.

Payment methods

If our security department suspects any anomaly or fraud, www.cattitud.com reserves the right to cancel the transaction for security reasons.
When placing an order, the customer can freely choose to make secure payments for their purchases on the online store www.cattitud.com using the following methods:
– PayPal: 100% secure method of payment. This payment option includes the possibility of paying in 3 installments once the order is completed, and the payment is processed through the PayPal gateway.
– Credit or debit card through the virtual POS (Stripe): The order will be processed once the payment has been authorized by the customer’s bank or card issuer, and the charge is successfully made.
– Bank transfer: IMPORTANT: The transfer must include the order number (Order #11111) provided at the end of the checkout process. The customer should also send the payment receipt to info@cattitud.com to expedite the process.

Shipping

We ship to the majority of European countries. The shipping options and costs will be reflected when updating the shopping cart with the destination country.
The products offered in our online store are exclusive products from the brand “RUFI” and comply with high-quality standards. Since most of the orders are custom-made, they require production time of 10-20 business days at the manufacturer in Poland.
Internet orders are processed under the following terms:
· Cat trees: Up to 20 business days after the order and payment are confirmed.
· Other products (spare parts, covers, beds, cushions, etc.): Up to 10 business days, depending on the order size.

We will send the customer’s products to the delivery address provided in their personal data form. On the website, specifically in the shopping cart, the shipping cost will be indicated before making the purchase (shipping will be free for orders to weights over 25 kg).
For orders under 25kg the price will be calculated in the shopping cart.

The delivery time is the sum of the payment validation time + order creation and processing time + shipping time by the transportation company, totaling between 10-20 business days.
Our products are shipped through DHL Parcel or DPD Parcel, depending on the destination and availability in the specific region. These transportation companies handle the delivery of our products to customers.

User registration

You are not required to be registered to navigate through the store and add products to the cart, and even to place an order, registration as a user is not necessary.
However, we will request your personal information to create your customer profile, and these details will be protected in accordance with the provisions of the Law 15/1999, of December 13, on the Protection of Personal Data. Only individuals over 18 years of age are allowed to register.
By creating an account, you can make purchases and take advantage of the discounts, promotions, and gifts we offer to our customers. Your account will allow you to access and review the history and details of your orders, your shipping addresses, your payment methods, your discount vouchers, etc.

Purchase process

To make a purchase on the online store www.cattitud.com, you can either navigate as a guest or register as a user, provided you are over 18 years old.
Here is the step-by-step process to place an order:
1. Once you have selected the desired products (remember that you can customize the scratchers by choosing different types of fabric, wood color, and sizes), they will be added to the shopping cart.
2. Access the shopping cart to proceed with the payment using the various methods explained in the “payment methods” section.
3. After the payment is made, the production process for your order will begin. All pieces and scratchers are made to order, starting from scratch and according to the customer’s choices. As a result, it requires approximately 20 business days for production and subsequent shipping through the company DHL or DPD Parcel.
During this time, your personalized order will be carefully crafted, and once completed, it will be shipped to your designated delivery address via DHL or DPD Parcel.

Return policy

In compliance with the current regulations, the buyer has a period of 10 business days to exercise the right of withdrawal, without the need to justify their decision and without penalties for exercising it. The Customer who has made a distance purchase may withdraw from it without the need to provide any reasons, by making a written declaration and presenting the purchase receipt.
– The Customer may make such a declaration within ten days from the receipt of the goods. The returned product must be in the same condition as it was received, that is, in perfect condition, unused, and with its original pieces. To send it back, it must be properly packaged to protect it during transit. If the merchandise is returned in accordance with the Regulation and the law, the manufacturer will refund the purchase amount within 14 business days and transfer it to the bank account indicated by the Customer. In this case of returning the goods due to not being to the customer’s liking, the return costs will not be refunded, and the customer will be responsible for the entire process and expenses involved in the product’s return.
– Before making any return, the customer must contact us, no later than 48 hours after receiving the package, through email explaining the reason for the return, and www.cattitud.com will contact the customer to provide guidance in the return process.

Warranty

All products offered by www.cattitud.com are guaranteed. We commit to replacing with a new one or issuing the corresponding refund if any of our products have a manufacturing defect. You can read all the details about the manufacturer’s warranty in the corresponding section.

Incidents

If you receive any product that is not what you have ordered or has a production error, you can notify it through the email info@cattitud.com or the contact form within a maximum of 24 hours after receiving it, attaching photos for evaluation.

Exactly, in the event of receiving the package in poor condition at the time of delivery (damaged packaging, missing items, etc.), you must make a note of it on the delivery note provided by the courier company. This will serve as evidence of the condition of the package upon receipt, and it will be essential in case you need to file a claim or request a replacement for any damaged or missing items. It is crucial to document any issues with the package immediately upon delivery to ensure a smooth resolution with the courier company and the seller.
