Not really, we recommend following the weight/size guideline for each cat. For example if you have more than one cat and one of them is a large cat (like the Maine Coon, Ragdoll, Norwegian Forest Cat…) we recommend a large cat scratching post with a minimum diameter of Ø14cm, Ø18cm or 27cm.
If you have smaller cats (less than 6kg), one of the Basic models of Ø12cm or Ø14cm will do. In fact, the larger the diameter of the post, the greater the resistance to weight.
Most orders are custom made to order, and take between 10-20 days to produce. But some are shipped in 3-7 days. More information in General Terms and Conditions- Shipping
We have classified the cat scratchers according to the diameter of the wooden and sisal posts, which are part of the pillar to make the scratcher sturdy and stable. The heavier or larger your cat is, the thicker the posts need to be. The Premium ones are 18cm in diameter, and the Exclusive Cat tress can be 14cm or 27cm. Check out our Blog for more info!.
